Request for reconsideration of library resources
Despite the quality of the selection criteria and process or our valiant attempts to assure the collection’s high quality, occasional objections to an item available in our collection may arise. In such a case, the following form, submitted to the assistant principal will engage our reconsideration committee. This committee consists of the assistant principal, the librarian, a primary campus teacher familiar with the grade(s) for which the material is considered appropriate and two (2) PTA representatives.
Concerns will be considered when this form is completed and returned to the assistant principal.
